3. What will we learn?
The series covers empowering birth visions, confidence-building exercises, calming techniques (breathing, meditation, and postures), optimal fetal positioning, partner support strategies, and how to advocate for your needs during labor and delivery.
4. What is the format of the series?
The series is a combination of in-person and Zoom sessions. You’ll attend 3 in-person sessions in Downtown Napa and 2 online Zoom sessions for flexibility. The next upcoming schedule is as follows:

We strongly encourage partners to attend! This series includes a dedicated focus on partner support techniques, but even if they can't make every session, they’ll still gain valuable tools to support you throughout labor and birth.

Absolutely. This series is designed to support all birth settings—home, birthing centers, and hospitals. You’ll also learn how to effectively communicate and advocate for your birth preferences with hospital staff.
