This 4-week Series is just what you need to feel calm, confident, and ready to birth your baby. Labor and birth can be a time filled with fear, confusion, and anxiety. With 20 years of experience as a Doula and Childbirth Educator, I am passionate about providing a safe space to help empower you and your partner to be fully able to birth your baby with strength and ease. I provide tried-and-true methods, tools, and tips for labor, delivery, and postpartum success.
